Welcome to OnlyDocs! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of OnlyDocs services and website ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to abide by these Terms. OnlyDocs reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. User Responsibilities
You may use the Service to create text documents in markdown format, view documents in formatted HTML, view documents as decks (slides), and share documents via a public URL. Use of the Service is for personal use only. You are responsible for any content you create or share using the Service.
3. Intellectual Property
All content and intellectual property rights related to the Service are owned by OnlyDocs. You may use content generated by the Service for personal use only and may not use it for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
4. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
5. Payment and Billing
OnlyDocs offers two plans:
- Free Plan: Includes basic features available for all users.
- Pro Plan: Includes premium features for a subscription fee.
When you subscribe to the Pro Plan, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fee on a recurring basis. The subscription fee will be automatically charged to your chosen payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription to the Pro Plan at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Pro Plan features until the end of your current billing cycle, after which your subscription will be terminated, and you will be downgraded to the Free Plan.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for the Pro Plan. By subscribing to the Pro Plan, you acknowledge and agree that all fees are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in these Terms or required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to introduce fees or billing practices in the future, and any such changes will be communicated to users in advance.
6. Disclaimers
OnlyDocs strives for accuracy, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content generated by the Service. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
7. Termination
OnlyDocs reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Argentina. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Argentina.
9. Changes to Terms
OnlyDocs reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
